International travelers who use the Global Entry mobile app should prepare for an important change beginning September 15.

The current Global Entry app is being replaced by the new Trusted Traveler Programs mobile app. The change should be simple, but travelers should not wait until they are standing in an airport after an international flight to download and test it.

What Travelers Should Do

  1. Download the new Trusted Traveler Programs mobile app beginning September 15.

  2. Sign in using your existing account information.

  3. Confirm that your Global Entry membership details transferred correctly.

Is the Global Entry Program Changing?
