Today, as we celebrate America’s Independence Day weekend, the world’s attention turns to New Jersey as the United States takes on England at MetLife Stadium in the FIFA World Cup. It’s a fitting reminder of how far our nation has come—from declaring its independence nearly 250 years ago to welcoming the world for one of its greatest sporting events.
